Two RideShare companies, Uber and Lyft, are authorized to operate at BDL. Services are arranged using the company’s cell phone app or website. Both companies usually have drivers stationed near the terminal that can arrive in around 5 minutes so a request can be made once the traveler has retrieved their luggage from the baggage claim area.

After collecting the luggage proceed out through door 2 and cross the outer roadway, take left and meet up with the driver at the Ride App Pickup sign.
